have you ever heard a song by a band you don't know of and just known that they were destined for big things? those were my thoughts exactly upon hearing this song by manchester electro band delphic. they have already had some success on the club scene, and are now starting to get the recognition that they deserve on a more mainstream level.

i don't have a crystal ball but i am sure that we will be seeing alot more of them in the future.

you came to my show, and i saw you in the crowd

i have such a strong desire to go to a show, somewhere tiny and intimate, to just stand there and feel myself getting sucked into an atmosphere that doesn't quite seem like the real world.
for me, nothing can quite compare to that feeling, when you are squashed amongst dozens of strangers, but you don't care, when you are aware that you are in the palm of the hand of the person that stands before you on the stage, but you love it.
when you are filled with adrenaline and excitement, and the euphoria seems to overpower any other emotion you may have.
what can possibly be better than that?

sorry about the lack of posts recently, i actually wasn't sure whether to continue blogging, but then i made the decision to carry on and incorporate alot more music into the blog, as i have noticed that there is a great lack of blogs that incorporate having music and fashion as the main topics, and are usually one or the other.
music is my main love so hopefully i will have lots of inspiration.
it would be lovely if i wasn't writing to a selective but lonely audience of myself.

let's take a trip to iceland...

i have no idea why, but for several months i have had an indescribable fascination/obsession with all things icelandic. maybe it is because of my love of the incredible musician bjórk, or maybe it's the ethereal and beautiful work of sigur rós that tugs me to towards iceland, but i cannot get enough of this mysterious country.

i will take a trip there one day... sigh.
